The Mainstay is a newly remodeled standalone studio guest house. It features a fully functional kitchen, a large shower with bench, a bidet, a 55" HD TV, an electric fireplace feature, and an outdoor patio and fire pit. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

Cozy Cottage on The Farm-No Cleaning Fee

Come relax on our farm. Your accommodations are in our tiny house. The Cottage features a full kitchen, a large shower and a view through the French doors of the pond. Relax on the patio area while you enjoy your propane fire pit as you prepare dinner on the gas grill. The cottage is about 380 square feet, so we will limit it to two guests. You’ll have a queen bed and a lay flat reclining leather couch to sleep on. The cottage also has wifi and a Smartv.
