Enjoy the beach sand in the summer months, get on the water with the kayaks provided or cozy up under the stars by the bonfire or outdoor propane fire. Winter time? Enjoy ice fishing on our lake or any of the local lakes near by. You and your family will be relaxed when staying at Tranquil Waters!

North Country Cabin

A peaceful cabin in the Manistee National Forest, surrounded by acres of forest and near to many lakes, rivers and hiking/recreation trails of northern Michigan. All sports Diamond lake is just around the corner with boat launch and park, hiking/ORV trails just down the street, and 10 minutes to the White River. This cedar cabin has comfortable amenities including a garage converted game room with wifi TV, spacious outdoor fire pit and large windows to take in the views and wildlife visitors.

Ice fishing, local snowmobile trails & beautiful sunsets.

Only a 2 minute boat ride to the large part of lake where you can enjoy jet-skiing, tubing, fishing + more. After a day on the lake, enjoy the fire under the stars. Cottage has 2 kayaks for use. This is a perfect place to soak in our new HOT TUB, take a paddle down the channel, take your ORVs for a ride or relax by the quiet fire pit. Enjoy the sound of the native loons in the evening and cruise the endless two tracks by day. The channel connects to not one, but two lakes to explore. Included in your stay is FREE USE OF 4 KAYAKS (except winter). Free high-speed internet! Please note that you will be sent our rental agreement once you book your stay.
