Our place is amazing for couples, business travellers, solo explorers, & 4 season adventure seekers.

As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. (House has great wifi too for those remote workers:)

The Cozy - In Chance Cove, Ocean Front Cottage

A cozy ocean side cottage, about an hour outside of St John's NL, you find this little piece of paradise where you can relax and enjoy amazing ocean views. In season you can see whales right from back deck, Minke and Humpbacks. When the Caplin are rolling you can see them all along the beach and the trails beaches. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.

Located in the Outer Bay of Islands at the base of the Blow-me-Down Mountains, this seaside escape offers both ocean and mountain views with a nautical theme inspired by over four generations of local family fishing heritage. This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The harbour is a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!
