Lakefront home on Saunder’s Lake. Located 600ft from the dune entrance and a five minute ATV ride to the beach. Purchased property to build new home in a few years. We enjoy staying there so much that we decided to rent out the current older mobile as an opportunity to stay lakefront 600ft from the sand until construction begins for a fraction of what the price will be after we build. Please keep in mind that this is an older mobile as the price reflects so don’t expect a newly remodeled home.

Apartment is situated close to downtown Coos Bay, within easy access to recreation areas in the surrounding county, 1 mile to Bay Area Hospital. One bedroom with CalKing bed, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed. Additional sleeping space - hide-a-bed couch in the living area. Pet friendly. The Warmhouse apartment is recently renovated, quiet and cozy, located on the first floor of the 2-story house. It is totally private. There is another short term rental apartment on the second floor.

Our home is set up for one large family or multiple couples that are ready for a coastal get away. We are 16 miles from Bandon Dunes Golf Complex, 13 miles to Horsfall ohv, 12 miles from Whiskey Run Mountain biking, less than 2 miles from the Charleston boat launch, 5 minutes to Shore Acres State park, and walking distance to a collective group of restaurants and bars. The area is prime for crabbing, clamming, or fishing. Guide service recommendations are available.

If pet excrement is noted in yard or inside the house, a 150 violation fee applies for biohazard cleaning.
