Location, location, location! The Hidden Pearl is a restored 1910 cottage; said to have been part of the old Ft Screven army base on the north side of the island. The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. Beachfront gated no smoking complex on quiet North end of Tybee. No pets allowed. The 3rd floor condo with elevator assess faces the Savannah Bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony while you watch the big cargo ships pass by or dolphins playing in the surf. There is no wave action unless a big ship comes by. Savvy Marsh Private Queen Suite with Den

OTC-022724 1 Queen bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Private entrance and HVAC controls. Living room with TV and kitchenette. Kitchenette has microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. you have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest suites. There is another guest unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from the nextdoor unit. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not recommend booking this.

I am 420 friendly outside and always LGBTQ+ welcoming. Four blocks to SUNRISE & four blocks to SUNSET! The past reviews say it all, but you should leave here, renewed and feeling JOY!

Tybee’s North Beach Oasis (Newly Remodeled)

Come relax, soak up some sun, swim in the pool, and just get away from the hustle and bustle. We are at the North end of Tybee close to the lighthouse and some awesome restaurants like North Beach Grill and Hucapoos. Our home is furnished with everything you could want. Including a crockpot and a blender. The condo has a pool that is open year-round but is not heated. We have tennis courts and pickle ball, so bring your racquets. Relax on our porch and watch the sunset.
