Enjoy gorgeous breezes from your patio overlooking the 2nd tee of the Carambola Golf Course , only 10 minutes from the best beach on St. Croix (Cane Bay) and less then 15 minutes from St. Croix (STX) airport. A perfect vacation getaway located in Saman Villas, a safe and lush area of St. Croix, USVI. Close to towns on either side of the island, amazing restaurants, grocery stores, and surrounded by nature! There are tennis/pickle ball courts and two pools open year round in our neighborhood.

Sunset Beach Dreams

Our beachfront house is only 15 feet from the water's edge. The only way to be closer to the sea is to be in a boat! The house was built in 2009 and with 2 units, this listing is for the upstairs unit. Each bedroom has its own balcony access to the sea. Comfortable beds, as well as a nice kitchen and indoor living areas, enhance your relaxing, beach experience. The crystal clear water right in front of the house is perfect for snorkeling and beach fun! reach out for long term rates.

Guest suite is attached to a private home that sits alone on top of a hill with 360 degree views. Private entrance with queen size bed, a/c, kitchenette, coffee maker and full private bath. Outdoor table for 2 to have coffee in the morning or an afternoon refreshing drink while watching the beautiful Senepol cows graze in the neighboring pasture. Mornings you can often see the cowboys riding in the distance checking the cattle. The ranch was featured on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern.

It is a one-of-a-kind setting where individuals can unwind/work without interruption. Notably, special discount is offered to Soldiers/Mil Ret/Vets, & Ret Guests. Teachers/Emer Svc Workers are also welcome. For 30+ days stay, guests will have “Free” access to the laundry room. Laundry room hrs will be provided upon arrival.

Frederiksted Beach Cottage

Our Frederiksted guest cottage is located across the street from the beach, walking distance to Rainbow Beach, and only a mile from Frederiksted center. You buy the airfare and rent the car, we've got you covered when you arrive. Our cottage offers all the amenities, including fresh Caribbean breezes (or a/c), comfortable king size bed, outdoor (or inside) shower and gardens, fully appointed kitchen, beach chairs and cooler, BBQ grill, full kitchen, & a wrap-around porch.
