Cathy's Little Farm loft is a 500 sq ft apartment inside a storage barn on a wooded country acre. Fully appointed two story space offers peace and quiet. It is located close to I57, Walmart, Community College, Airport, Fair Grounds, National Guard Training Center, 15 minutes from Olivet, 60 miles south of Chicago. King size bed and twin size sofa sleeper upstairs, full size sleeper sofa in living room. Well equipped full size kitchen and laundry. Large lawn, gardens, and chickens to enjoy.

Downtown Fairbury Building

Centrally located! You're just steps away from some of the great shops, bars, & restaurants that downtown Fairbury has to offer. Dave's supermarket is also only a minutes walk away. And for you race fans, the Fairbury Speedway is only a 3 minute drive or an 8 minute walk away. The building has 1 bedroom with a queen bed. Living room has a long sofa & pull-out loveseat that sleep 1 each. It has a 1/2 bath with a toilet, sink, & washer/dryer in it. The only shower is located in the bedroom.

(Piper loves people just as much as myself..☺️) My 2-story home is built right around 1900 . They will have the entire upstairs. The bedroom consists of 1 queen bed, full bathroom, walk in closet. There is a sitting room with a futon, and coffee bar which is equipped with a fridge, microwave, & kuerig.

(1-Queen Bed and 1 full size bed) It has a fully stocked kitchen. washer/dryer and outdoor seating/dining.

We are located in a small village called Lane, Where you can feel like you're out in the country with close neighbors. Here in Lane it's a very peaceful friendly and quiet place. We are about 5 miles from Clinton where there are many fun places to go and theres also many restaurants to enjoy a good meal at. we are also 5 miles from Clinton Lake which has a beach and a great restaurant. Take a break at this peaceful oasis 5 miles from Starved Rock State Park and 4 miles from Buffalo Rock State Park. The quaint village of Utica and the unique town Ottawa are also close. Enjoy hiking, biking and activities on the Illinois River. There is also the Buffalo Range and Gun Company 2 miles away. Ottawa has great places to dine and Washington Park in downtown Ottawa has the must see Lincoln-Douglas Debate fountain and statue.

W/D, full access garage and screened in porch with fenced in yard. House fits 4 comfortably, but hot tub fits 7. Let me know if we need to discuss sleeping arrangements for more than 4 guests.
