Welcome to our traditional Maine Gambrel where you will have a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom and sitting area. The 250 sq ft suite has a queen bed, tv, Wi-Fi, hot drinks, mini fridge, microwave, and private space. We are located just over an hour from Boston or Portland, 5 min to Kittery shopping outlets, half mile to a boat launch & 5-15 min drive to a number of beaches. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask for no animals since there's a cat that lives here too.

Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.
