Välkomna att bo granne med älgar och rådjur. I detta lilla mysiga hus bor ni på en egen tomt längst upp på Frejs Backe. Tomten har en stor altan runt tre sidor av huset, med sol till frukost, lunch och middag. Vid huset finns en stor gräsmatta lämplig för lek och spel. Omgivningarna består av ängar och vacker skog. 200 m till badbrygga och 800 m till klippor och strand i kvällssolen. Köket har spis, ugn, kyl & frys och micro. Ena sovrummet har våningssäng och i vardagsrummet finns en braskamin.

Egen strand, uteplats, grillplats, vedeldad kamin och underbar utsikt. Maten lagar du över öppen eld eller på en kokplatta i tältet. Du roas av vågskvalpet som vaggar dig till sömns. Huset cirka 80 kvm: vardagsrum med öppen spis, fullutrustat kök med diskmaskin, mikro, varmluftsugn, kyl och frys, vattentoa / dusch / bad. Gästhus: vatten/avlopp, micro, kyl/frys, 1 dubbelsäng spjälsäng. Studsmatta, linbana, koja, hängmatta, racketspel, 8-10 cyklar på tomten & suverän sandstrand mm i närheten. Swimspa på 2x4 meter inbyggd jetstream för simträning + bubbel. Båt ingår.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.
