If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,500 Bath per month. Cleaning is only done once before check in. You will find designer furniture, books/magazines, yoga mats, fluffy towels, a selection of coffees/teas, art from all over Asia (Japanese plates, Chinese paintings, photography from Myanmar, Thai celadon etc.) and even a Nespresso machine I brought from Switzerland.
