Cozy apartment with local inspiration. With a bit of luck you will see aurora from the window. With more luck you will see a rocket launch from Esrange Space Center. You can ask your host who works at Esrange about upcoming launches. The apartment has a comfortable 160 cm bed for two people. The sofa can be changed into a 140 cm bed for two. Det är sex kilometer till byn Jukkasjärvi där det berömda ishotellet finns. Där finns även mataffär och gamla historiska byggnader som 400årig kyrka, hembygdsgård med matservering samt möjlighet till bla fisketurer längs Torneälven och andra turistaktiviteter som tex slädhundsturer, skoterturer

Cabin in the woods

The cabin is located in a small village called Moskojärvi in swedish Lapland. The cabin has electricity. But no running water. Water will be provided in canisters. There isn't a bathroom, but it has a wood heated sauna, were you can shower. The toilet is a outside "dry" toilet. The kitchen has a fridge and a induction stove. The cabin has a woodstove. We provide wood. But we don't heat up the cabin. It's located next to my house were I live with my boyfriend and our 23 husky's.

The space is equipped with a double bed (180 cm) and a pull out couch (140 cm) that can fit two cozy people. There's a bathroom with shower and a private terrace facing the north for optimal aurora & river views. Access to wifi, TV, chromecast, a water kettle, parking and a wonderful river view.

Exclusive cottage located 8 km southeast of Jukkasjärvi/Icehotell at the stand of Torne river with south facing position. Car traffic is almost non-existent, only a few private cottages nearby with private road / dead ends. The cottage is 90 sqm with 40 sqm loft and equipped for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and a double bed on the loft, kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and WC. (Blinding curtains in the two bedrooms, not on the loft)

The place of the cabin is verry good for spotting northernlights and on a walking distance to the Icehotel across the river during winter.

Small cozy cottage in the woods by a lake. 4 beds. 14 km from Kiruna C. 10 km to Ice hotel. Perfect to see midnight sun in summer and northern lights in winter. Peace and relaxation. Nice sauna can be rented for 600 sek - needs to be booked at least one day in advance. Takes 4-6 hours to heat. Own car or rental car is required. Or transport by taxi. No bus connection available. Nearest grocery store is in Kiruna C (15 km) or in Jukkasjärvi (10 km).

Tuolluvaara ligger ca 3 km från Kiruna flygplats, ca 2 km från Kiruna nya centrum, ca 6 km från gamla centrum och ca 13 km från Ishotellet i Jukkasjärvi (ca 15 minuter med bil). På grund av gruvbrytningen sker en spännande stadsomvandling i Kiruna och nya centrum öppnades i september 2022.
