Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. Shady Grove is located in Papamoa within walking distance of a beautiful sandy beach, wide selection of good restaurants and shops. The cabin is situated in a park like environment surrounded by mature trees. Downtown Mount Maunganui is only 15 minutes away. Rotoura and it outstanding lakes is only 45 a minute drive. The shower and toilet are a separate(1.5m) heated unit directly next to bedroom. The cabin is designed and located to ensure a restful and relaxing stay.

The guest wing is located down a hallway at one end of our home, separated by a screen and is for your exclusive use only. You will also have your own private entrance via the kitchenette. This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.
