Outside is a swimming pool, another build in braai and deck with sun beds. and a full solar panel system is installed. A 9 hole golf course is on estate.

My home is a comfortable, informal and stylish space. The interior of the home has bagged brickwork contrasted with smooth white screeded floors giving it a chic coastal touch. The house is in the quiet suburb of Myburgh Park and is very close to the Yacht Club and North Gate of the Nature Reserve as well as Shark Bay ⛱️ beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the local shops, beach and restaurant area and about 8kms to the Laguna Mall (Woolworths etc) and Mykonos Casino and restaurant area.

The Villa is luxurious with a typical West Coast layback feel. Best of all is the heated pool. Sit back relax and sip on a G&T, close to the ocean and great views.
