The Roxton House Guest Cottage

Escape to quiet country living. Guests have access to the entire house and yard. The house built in 1894 was one of the first in Roxton. Roxton’s population is 548, no stop light. Roxton Chaparral Trail is 126 yds from the house. Rock Falls Park is 1/4 of a mile N. It is a favorite place to take pictures. Roxton has bank , 24 hr ATM, PO, Cafe, City Drug Store and Chaparral museums , pay at pump gas station and library. A 15 mile drive to downtown Paris and 20 mile to major shopping area.

Cozy wood cabin in the country

My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

1st Street Lofts: 2 Bedroom Loft

This upper-floor two-bedroom private loft sits in our beautifully restored 1916-era building. Enjoy two private bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a soaking tub and shower, one with a shower), a large living room, and an open full kitchen. Styled with Art Deco glamour, it’s a “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay. Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.

Peaceful secluded stay on 30 acres just an hour to an hour and a half away from Dallas. Overlook a private 5 acre lake and take in the scenery or the amazing stars at night. Also very close to the Sulphur River where you can go fossil hunting, hiking, picnicing etc. Driving distance from Bonham State Park. Within a few miles of the Bois D'Arc Lake and we have plenty of room to park your boat or trailer during your stay.

Enjoy the splash in the pool during the day and fireside chats during the night.

The Half Lady

Located on 18 acres of meadows and wooded trails, the Half Lady bunkhouse is clean, spacious and charming. Fish, stroll wooded trails, chill out in the hammock, star gaze by the fire pit or create a gourmet meal using the herbs growing on and near the porch. Price shown is for 1 or 2 guests. $10 per person after that.
