Our 2 story Cottage is located on a beautiful lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 12 min from downtown Victoria & only 5 min from Coleto lake & Raisin L Ranch. It's situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to a wooded area home to lots of wildlife. Our Farmhouse inspired, 3bd/2ba home is so cozy & comfy with a fully stocked kitchen, large entertainment room & full laundry. The backyard has a BBQ pit and a Firepit. WiFi available. The cottage is lovely, but the wildlife is truly amazing!

Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed/ futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria.

Pool, Starry Nights & No Cleaning Fee

Bring your kayak for the Goliad Paddling Trail, take a walk in solitiude down the road to the dry creek. 13 Minutes to Yorktown/18 minutes to Goliad. $20 per person over 2 guests. 4 guests max.

Tranquility Hill Ranch is a peaceful oasis of memories of our family and friends at the ranch. We sit on the front porch with our hot tea or coffee and watch the sun rise over bluebonnet hill. The cows will lumber up to drink while birds chirp a good morning song or the turkeys gobble from a distance. During dark nights it seems like the milky way is right over our road to the house, the stars are so bright and sunsets by a fire are a must for reviewing the day and sharing memories.

Hummingbird House at BQ5 Ranch

This wee cottage was built in 1877, and was a stand-alone kitchen in her former life. Front porch was enclosed to give more interior space, and she's been fully insulated, has new working windows, french doors, and an expanded back porch. Efficiency kitchen, with hot plate, fridge/freezer, full-sized microwave. An outdoor smoker/grill and fire pit are just off the porch for outdoor cooking. Native planted gardens wrap around this cottage making it a hummingbird and butterfly haven!

Cabin by the Creek

This is a rustic studio style cabin. This cabin sits on a dry creek bed, overlooking a pond. We have basic furnishings, along with a very comfortable queen metal framed bed, in a 384 sq. ft. living area, and 400 sq. ft. of covered deck.
