Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ist für 2 Personen, evtl. mit Kind, geeignet. Sie ist 70 m² groß, verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem 140x200 + 90x200 Bett. Der Wohnraum mit Küche ist mit Fernseher, Stereoanlage, einem Kaminofen und einem Esstisch ausgestattet. Der Kochbereich ist mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühl/Gefrierschrank und reichlich Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine geräumige Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt Kemptens

Ein großes Schlaf- und Esszimmer, von dem die kleine Küche und das neu renovierte Badezimmer abgehen. 1,40 m Bett, kleiner Schreibtisch, Fernseher (nur über Internet) und Wlan. Neues Bad mit bodenebener Dusche und viel Platz. Komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Nespresso Maschine etc. Ein Parkplatz gehört nicht zu der Wohnung dazu. Es gibt aber zwei Straßen weiter ein öffentliches Parkhaus (Burgstraße 20) für ca. 20 Euro pro Tag.

Aufwachen mit Blick auf Allgäuer Berge und Zugspitze, über der die Morgensonne den Himmel rot färbt. Frühstücken mit Blick auf den Weißensee. Am Nachmittag auf dem gemütlichen Sofa erholen von der Wanderung auf den zu Fuß erreichbaren Falkenstein, Deutschlands höchste Burgruine, vom Skiausflug ins nahe gelegene Tannheimer Tal, vom Besuch bei König Ludwig II auf Schloss Neuschwanstein oder vom Badetag am Weißensee, der mit klarem Alpenwasser in nur fünf Gehminuten Entfernung wartet. Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Luggage is transported. Parts of the route can be crossed by cableway. Free-running farm animals in the vicinity of the apartment

Das frisch renovierte und erweiterte Appartement befindet sich im Herzen von Füssen, mitten in der romantischen Fußgängerzone. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nahezu sichtbarer Reichweite. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen Stadt und Region bieten Freizeitmöglichkeiten ohne Ende. Wandern, Biken, Baden, Wintersport, alles ist saisonsbedingt möglich. Die Schlösser König Ludwigs II sind vier Kilometer entfernt. Größere Einkaufsstädte sind Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Augsburg oder München.

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Allgäuliebe Waltenhofen

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb drei Minuten erreicht man einen Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein tolles Restaurant mit Biergarten. Die Stadt Kempten erreicht man mit dem Auto in fünf Minuten, eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite des Hauses. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im ersten Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse (5x3m) blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat.
