Watch and pet our friendly animals from the cottage and experience some of the best star gazing in New Zealand from our beautiful hot tub. During your stay we offer a free animal tour of 1 hour, whereby you will visit some of our friendly animals incl bottle feeding our pet lambs (Aug-Dec), an Alpaca walk 🦙, and our friendly horses, cats, dogs and chickens 🥰

A perfect base from which to enjoy walks, cycling and sightseeing (Fairlie, Tekapo, Aoraki, Omarama, Oamaru, Peel Forest), skiing (Roundhill, Tekapo, Mt Hutt). A perfect spot to rest and recharge for tourists traveling from Queenstown to Chch before flying home.

Come and enjoy a stay on our beautiful lavender and olive farm, with breathtaking mountain views. The Barn has 1 queen-sized bed, 1 sofa bed and private bathroom. There is a microwave, fridge and bbq, tea, coffee, crockery etc You can picnic in the gardens or say hello to the dogs, cats, & alpacas! Breakfast cereals, bread, jams, coffee, teas etc are provided . You can also treat yourself from our range of natural lavender products in our on-site shop.

Kingfisher Cabin is located just 10 minutes from Timaru and two hours from Christchurch and Dunedin. The cabin is set on farmland with a spectacular view of the ocean. The newly built cabin is exquisitely styled, with a restful and calming vibe.

Timaru Central

Built in 1905, and converted to 2 apartments in the 1950's, we live in the other apartment. The apartment is located in Central Timaru, being 5 minutes walk from the central business area and the Caroline Bay beach and facilities. Fully self contained, it suits a range of requirements from a single person staying overnight, to a family wanting a longer stay. Caroline Bay is home to a local small 'Little Blue Penguin' colony.

Country Cabin

The warm and cosy cabin is a self contained unit detached from the main house, with BBQ, private deck and restful native garden. You will have your own access/key and off road parking. Our place is great for couples. On navman route, we are 2 hours from Christchurch and 4 hours to Queenstown. Only 1 hour from Mt Hutt ski field and 1 hour from Mt Dobson ski field. Aoraki Mount Cook is 2 hours distance and Tekapo is 1 hour.

Blueberry Haven Escape

Located just 10 minutes out form the Timaru, CBD this farm stay experience is like no other. Blueberry Haven is an orchid where you can come and stay for a relaxing get away. With a fully self contained unit, you will have everything you need for a private stay.
