Located in a quiet, leafy suburb with shops nearby this apartment is in a sturdy house built in 1965 with a picnic lawn and view to Rangituhi. It’s a: 15 min walk to the railway station. Kapiti Line 10 min drive to Te Rauparaha Arena, Whitireia Polytechnic and the Police College. 20 - 30 min drive to Wellington. The space can be comfortable with one bed, or a family space with an extra one or two beds. There is a step onto the area and a lip (small wooden barrier) into the shower.

Please note there are 100 steps to the unit from the street. Parking is on the street.

This Retreat is located right on the beach in the lovely Pukerua Bay Village, with beautiful views of Kapiti Island. If you want to take a break from the city rush or just want to relax and enjoy a break, this is the place for you. Go for a walk on the beach or enjoy the rock pools.
