All essential cookware, coffee maker, and microwave. The couch in the living room opens into a queen size bed for more sleeping space, with a chair and half recliner for relaxing Bathroom double-headed shower, and reading nook in the loft. You will love the weather-sheltered hot tub, relaxing outdoor space with grill.

Step outside to hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails, and stocked lakes and streams. Well maintained paved state road to cabin driveway. The house is 20 minutes West of Harrisonburg VA and JMU.

Welcome to our private, cozy suite, Country Star. A sunny walkout basement apartment with patio and easy parking next to entrance makes coming and going a breeze. Country Star features a kitchenette, with table and chairs, one bedroom with queen bed and closet, and a full bath/shower. It provides comfortable space for two, with extra space for a pack-n-play or fold out lounge chair/bed for a third person. (See note in 'other'). Our space offers convenience and comfort, with self check-in.

This cozy home is located in the small town of Grottoes, Virginia nestled between the shade of an old Oak tree, Maple tree, and Pine Trees. It sits on approximately three acres with a large field behind the house where kids can run and play. In the Spring and Summer, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the rose garden in the back yard. Karen's Home Place is a perfect location for those who want to get away, relax and unwind from the busyness of life.
