Casa unica per posizione in tutta la costa di Gonnesa. La casa in alcuni punti risulta bassa quindi si consiglia a persone di bassa/media statura.A 13 km da Cagliari e 20 km dalle spiagge di Pula. Vicino a ristoranti e locali sulla spiaggia (Giugno-Settembre). Supermercato e farmacia a due passi, fermata del bus a 200m.

La quiete a pochi passi dal mare

Completamente rinnovato, tranquillo, ad angolo, con un meraviglioso giardino terrazzato vista mare dove è piacevole mangiare, prendere il sole o semplicemente leggere un libro ascoltando il rumore del mare in totale privacy.
