The loft, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful tile and woodwork throughout, is settled behind the main house, and includes a comfortable king bed, modern decor, fold down couch, well functioning kitchen, and access to hot tub. Kenton has great food, retail shops, and bars two blocks away, and guests are a short MAX train ride to Downtown. LGBTQ+ and rec. marijuana friendly. Unit is 200 square feet plus loft and deck, behind the main house. Features include: - Jetted tub - Sleeping loft (queen) - Pull out bed (full) - Fire pit - Porch swing - Work desk - Cascading water feature - Outdoor dining table No kitchen but has a sink, fridge, microwave, water boiler, and plenty of wonderful food options within a few blocks.

The Overlook neighborhood is one of Portland's hidden gems. Quiet, tree lined, yet only a few minutes from all the action Portland serves up. Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to all quarters. Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please no young children.
