Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Across the street from the historic Portsmouth waterfront and around the corner from Pierce Island, Prescott Park, Strawbery Banke and Point of Graves, 112 Mechanic is an incredibly charming home. No pets please. Street park with ease.
