It's a short walk to Old Town's shops, galleries, and restaurants—but the cottage is in a quiet spot. NEW for Summer 2020 ~ The City just installed a Summit Bike Share electric bike station a couple hundred yards from the home (about a 3 minute walk) that gives you access to the electric bike share program anytime in the warmer months. The electric bikes are a great way to explore town. The Main Street Trolley stops about 30-40 steps from the home. It goes up and down Main St and to the Old Town Transit Center, where you can take free buses to all 3 resorts and places like the factory outlet mall, grocery stores, etc. Minimum stays: winter ski season = 5 nights Sundance Film Festival = 9 nights all other = 2 nights The cottage is located at the top of historic Main Street. It's a quick walk to Old Town's shops, galleries & restaurants—but the cottage is in a quiet spot. It's also fun to sit on the front porch in the rocking chairs and chat with hikers and neighbors. Our property is a quick 5 minute walk to Main St. and all that Downtown Park City has to offer. Peruse the local shops, taste local whiskey at the High West Distillery, or wine and dine at a any of the fine establishments Main St. has to offer. The Town Lift is also less than a 10 minute walk away while Deer Valley Resort is a 1.5 miles away(free shuttle). This is not a rental with basic items purchased just to get by. Every room has been carefully thought out and this house is very comfy.
