STOP for cars downtown!

I realize this seems obvious but do not just walk out in the street and expect cars to stop for you. LOCAL DRIVERS HATE tourists meandering into the street, stopping traffic to take photos, and being generally oblivious to people who have to live, work and drive downtown.
