Get away from it all at our cottage - Retreat at Round Hill. You will have access to miles of hiking, biking & ATV trails. We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway. We offer discounts for weekly/longer stays.

Take a break and explore 35+ wooded acres surrounded by national forest at 8,000 feet in the sunny Rocky Mountains. A wonderful place for couples, friends, & solo travelers to relax and adventure in a comfortable modern cabin all <15 mins from historic downtown Salida, CO. We designed the deckhouse with 30+ square foot window walls on both sides which open up to a view over a forested mountain valley. We've worked hard designing + curating the glass deckhouse. The Rustic La Garita Cabin

This 1000sq ft cabin in the country with a very rural setting. It is quiet and relaxing, has a wood stove and is close to outdoor activities. Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. Self-serve breakfast with home-made yogurt, home-made granola, home-made bread for toast, local grown organic eggs, (hot coffee, chocolate, tea) on request.

The Raven's Nest - Inspiration, Solitude, Nature,

The Raven's Nest is nestled under the Sangre de Cristo Mountains at an elevation of 8,000' with stunning views of 14,000 foot peaks to the east and picturesque views of the expansive San Luis Valley to the west. Monarch Peak and the southern Collegiate Peaks can be seen to the North. Great hiking trails along roaring creeks beckon from a few minutes away.

My place is about 15 to 20 minutes to restaurants and family-friendly activities in Salida. We are about 30 minutes to Mount Princeton Hot Springs and 30 minutes to Monarch Ski Resort. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We also have a propane grill for you to use.
