Public beach access is only a few steps away and plenty of local attractions in the vicinity. The home has a splendid large rooftop deck and private backyard for outdoor activities. Top deck has amazing ocean views to the north and south and the living room has great sunrise views. This house is located on the ocean side of the street but our personal house between it and the ocean. Brand new stainless appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Laundry is available for guest, shared with long term tenants and located outside in garage area.
