Moving?? Taking a break?? The stay is on the bottom level of my home (shared entrance). You'll definitely hear footsteps, indistinct voices & some kid antics, generally b/w 5p-8a. Laundry is next to the guest suite; free to use! My office is in the lower level as well, so you may hear me coming/going. Looking for a totally quiet stay? our space may not be a good fit :) 4 miles from GRR, 10 miles from downtown GR and medical mile, 45 miles from Lake Michigan. Upper-level amenities included

Penthouse S. Secret of Saugatuck Sts 3B/2B Up Pool

Penthouse South is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit which sleeps a total of 10 people with a king bedroom, a 2 queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a set of single bunk beds. The 2 bathrooms were recently remodeled with tile (pictures to be updated). The kitchen has a double oven and granite counter tops. The exterior deck overlooks the pool from the second floor. There is a television in the living room and the king bedroom. There are free washers and dryers on site.

Winton Cottage

The Winton at Old Pike Cottages is a 2-bedroom cottage suitable for 2-4 guests; with a king bed in one room and a queen bed in the other. This waterfront cottage has heated floors throughout, a fully stocked kitchenette, furnished screened-in patio, living room with smart TV and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.
