Located in the foothills of the Olympics, Shippen's Cabin offers the comforts of home in a wilderness retreat. The cabin is an ideal location to base your hiking adventure, or simply come to enjoy some time away from the city while exploring the area's many attractions. Relax after a long day on the trail with a hot sauna or a meal on the deck and enjoy the wilderness setting, often visited by local wildlife. High speed WiFi is available for those that need to stay connected during their stay.

Historic Discovery Bay Beach Cabin Stunning Views

Experience healing and peace with the sound of gentle waves on Discovery Bay. Our cabin was built in 1939 by our grandfather who was an early businessman in Port Townsend. He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Welcome to the Art Barn 2.0, formerly "The Art Barn." We are the new owners, and are planning to keep it running as it has been! This unit is ideal for both weekend adventurers and long-stay guests, especially those that enjoy biking and walking. The huge windows on the south side highlight the stunning view of the Olympic Mountains and create a bright open space (great for yoga enthusiasts!) You'll hear coyotes yipping at night, and catch glimpses of eagles and sea birds in the day.

New self-contained Studio nestled on 5 acres of private, quiet farm land located in a valley less than 2 miles off Hwy 101 with a view of the surrounding hills. Elk sometimes wander throughout valley and coyotes may be heard at night. 2 miles from the City of Sequim and John Wayne Marina and Sequim Bay where there is access to fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Plenty of outdoor fun with hiking trails, lavender farms, lakes, wineries, restaurants and shopping nearby.
