Close proximity to multiple ski resorts including Soda Springs Ski Resort, Royal Gorge XC, Donner Ski Ranch, Sugar Bowl Resort and Boreal and a multitude of hiking trails and activities. Serene Lake, Donner Lake, Truckee, Lake Tahoe and Reno are all easy drives from the condo. Great location for all year-round enjoyment.

A great cabin for a couple (or two couples) or small family, with easy access to great hiking and mountain biking trails in the summer. In the winter, there is a sledding hill and miles of snowshoe trails out the back door. Four ski resorts are within ten minutes' drive. The deck is the perfect place to watch the bountiful stars in the clear mountain air any time of year. Please read the notes about winter conditions, especially the driveway, very carefully.

A step back into history. Condo located inside of an old Historic Railroad building converted into beautiful cozy condominiums. Very close drive to Bay Area (3 hours) yet within close proximity of Reno, Truckee, and Lake Tahoe. 5 minute walk to Soda Springs Ski Resort (ski-in/ski-out)! In summer, great hiking and lakes all close by. Insanely fast wifi (400mb download, 40mb upload). Please see note about train close by and possible noise.
