  • Improvised Stories of the World Concert

  • Everyday Street Art + Street Food Walk
#1 Airbnb Experience in Singapore with 200+ five star reviews! In this trail, we will discover the diversity of food of the main ethnic groups in Singapore. And while any foodie tour can take you on a hawker trail, we’ll let you in on the secrets behind the best stalls. The group size is intentionally kept intimate (no more than 6) as our food stops are small businesses specially handpicked to reflect artisanal techniques - not the ones typically visited by commercial tours. I don't do this everyday as well as I respect the market and do not want to turn it into a tourist trap. More than tasting, you will also get a full palate education on the herbs & spices that are used in the traditional culinary kitchens of this region. In between eating stops, we take a breath to explore some terrific street art and walk through atmospheric alleys. This is the ultimate feast for the stomach and eyes! Notes : - Vegetarian-friendly.Just let me know in advance! - Fully customised (eg. gluten free, vegan) private tours. Just ask!

  • Artisan cafe, hawker food
You can always visit the historical sites on your own. But if you are looking to get to know modern Singapore culture, this might just be what you are looking for! We will begin the experience with hawker stall food at Tanjong Pagar or Chinatown. It will be a relaxed casual introduction to types of food, culture, education, and political situations of Singapore from a resident's perspective. You could ask me any questions at this stage too! Then we will take the MRT to Farrer Park where you will be able to see different types of residential homes in Singapore. You will learn simple Singlish, Mandarin, Malay and Cantonese over a cup of tea/coffee at an artisan cafe in Farrer Park for about an hour. You will be given a list of these phrases and some tips to make the fullest of your stay :) For your safety, this F&B experience requires all participants to be fully vaccinated as per the Singapore government's guidelines: https://www.moh.gov.sg/covid-19-phase-advisory. Please ensure that you have been fully vaccinated, i.e. you have received the full regiment of vaccination with an additional two weeks for the vaccine to be fully effective, by your booking date. Rest assured that all COVID-19 restriction measures will be complied with throughout your experience.
