Karst house - apartment is located in the village of Nova vas. Typical karst countryside offers relax and sport activities in the nature, great cycling and hiking routes. Vacation for families and for those who wants to explore nature and history. The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Studio A3 (55 m²) is located in the very heart of Gorizia, on the first floor of a well-maintained residential building from the 1960s. This comfortable and functional apartment has been newly renovated and is ideal for two guests, with the option of an additional bed for a third person(child). Siamo vicini al confine con la Slovenia dove possibile trascorrere orette di svago e relax nei due casino situati a Nova Gorica. Per gli amanti del vino siamo vicini ai più conosciuti produttori in zona.
