Clear in the center with lake view

City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, but only if you love each other – the foldout-futon has been converted to a flat-bed with top mattress due to guests getting back-aches. 120 cm wide. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.

Welcome to my wonderful apartment near the center (15 minutes walk) and located by the Copenhagen waterfront (5 minutes walk). It's is super quiet and comfy, full of plants, and you'll feel right at home. I live in my own personal favorite part of Copenhagen, which has the best of all worlds, city center, water front, big nature park 10 minutes away, quiet, great cafes and coffee. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world. I am a bit of a travel nut myself. I love art and paintings.

3 gæsteværelser med i alt 5 enkeltsenge, hvor 2 kan laves om til dobbeltværelser. I stue etagen stort værelse, køkken, spisestue med udgang til have, pejsestue samt lille toilet med vaskemaske/tørretumbler. På første sal er der et stort badeværelse med bruser, et enkeltværelse samt et dobbelt værelse med stor garderobe. Huset har 2-3 skriveborde og et veludrustet køkken med amerikansk køle/frys. Fremstår rent og nyt. Møbleret med nye senge og sofa men antikviteter har også fået sin plads.

Mysig stuga på en lugn och vacker plats som bjuder in till avkoppling på landsbygden. Hur mysigt är det inte att koka sitt te och kaffe på vedspisen och att kunna plocka av trädgårdens örter till middagen? Här finns möjlighet till underbara skogspromenader bland stigar och skogsvägar. Är man tyst träffar man nästan alltid på vilda djur i skogen och de syns ofta i närheten av stugan. Vill man träffa tama djur finns det 2 sociala katter, hundar och hästar i närheten som gärna hälsar.
