In low season this apartment has laundry facilities included and we accept monthly rentals.

The location of the house makes it ideal for anyone visiting St. John’s for work or business associated with Memorial University or the Health Science Centre. It’s across the street from the University campus. There is a fitness centre close by and it’s on a bus route to downtown, however it is approximately a 25 - 30 minute walk to downtown. Guests have use of the entire house to share with one other person as well as a medium size friendly dog.

Bright, furnished, and equipped, it is a lower, walkout apartment with large windows facing south. It comes with high-speed internet, cable TV, and housekeeping services. Breakfast is available in our dining room, with fantastic harbour views from April 15 to October 15. It has an excellent downtown location.
