No more than 2 guest permitted at anytime on the property. No smoking/vaping on the property.

The toilet works on a Mascerator system (i.e. it is not on main drainage) so care must be taken as to what is discarded in it. Access is through the main apartment. Suitable for two adults. Professional owner & dog in adjoining main apartment (and sometimes an additional dog staying).
