A gondozott, árnyékos strand, büfék, sétány mellett külön bekerített kutyabarát strand is található. Az apartman a ház északi oldalán van, így a legforróbb nyári napokon sem melegszik a hőmérséklet 24°C fölé, emellett egy léghűtő is támogatja az ideális klímát. Vendégházunk Szattán, egy apró őrségi faluban található. A házikóhoz tartozik egy szauna, kert tűzrakóhellyel, közvetlenül a ház alatt pedig a falu gyümölcsöskertje terül el.
