Accomodation on the countryside close to foodstore

On Brändön a small village North of Luleå you find this accommodation. Here you live close to nature, beaches and trails perfekt for running or walking. At the boat harbor the walkingtrail called Kuststigen begins. It's a forest path that runs along our beautiful coastal strip. There is a shorter and a longer walk. If you want, you can take a walk from the village center up to the top of Flakaberget and enjoy the view. Luleå city center is 23km away and to Storheden's shopping area is 27km.

Naturskönt, havsnära och lugnt

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med närhet till naturen, skogen och havet. Finns möjlighet till utomhusaktiviteter under alla årstider. På hösten kan ni ta del av naturens läckerheter, bär och svamp finns att plocka i skogen. Naturskyddsområde med naturstig är beläget knappt 1 km promenad från gäststugan. Grillplats finns vid strandkanten där ni kan tillreda en måltid till vågskvalp och fågelkvitter. 14 km till Luleå centrum. Vedeldad kamin finns i stugan. Bastun är vedeldad.

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Fridfullt, tyst, enskilt och ombonat hus vid vägs ände, inbäddat mellan skog och hav. Fri panoramautsikt norrut över havet ger mycket goda möjligheter att se norrsken direkt från trädäcket vid entrén. Utebelysningen kan släckas för bättre upplevelse av stjärnhimlen. Vedeldad kamin inomhus för trivsel. Prova traditionell vedeldad bastu. Havsytan fryser vintertid vilket möjliggör promenader eller skidturer på isen direkt från gården. Rikt djurliv med vilda däggdjur och rovfåglar.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Här upplever du en unik kombination av gammaldags charm och modern komfort. En imponerande takhöjd i nock som ger en luftig känsla, samt en stor öppen spis där du kan njuta av värmen och skapa fina minnen. De smakfulla renoveringarna har bevarat den autentiska atmosfären, vilket ger dig en rofylld och avkopplande upplevelse.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Njut av härlig natur runt husknuten. Ta ett dopp från bryggan, tänd den vedeldade bastun vid sjökanten. Ro en tur med båten. Laga mat över öppen eld. Besök havsbad, mysigt sommarkafé eller gårdsbutik i närheten under sommartid. Vintertid finns hundspann inte långt ifrån huset. Welcome to our villa by the sea. Enjoy fantastic nature,sea,northern lights, walk on the ice without disturbing lights from the city. Sauna or why not a bath. About 16 minutes by car to Luleå C. bus connections are available but are limited and a car is preferred. Remember that you are renting our home, we appreciate it if you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived❤️ For questions you are welcome to contact us. Charming house with terass, near the nature, sea

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
