Leelanau Secluded Tiny House Northport

Newly built tiny house 2 miles south of Northport. Nestled in the woods overlooking a pond and surrounded by an organic vineyard/farm. Short walk to organic winery, 5 min drive to Northport, 15 min to Leland, and 20 min to Sutton’s Bay. Many beautiful beaches close by! Sleeps 4 total, 2 on a queen sized bed in loft and 2 on a futon on main floor. There is running water inside, hot & cold, but there is not a toilet or shower inside. Outside is a very clean portable restroom and outdoor shower.

Suttons Bay, Stoney Point Retreat

Enjoy beautiful Stoney Point! Bike and walk quiet country roads through woods, fields, and orchards with surprising views of Grand Traverse Bay. A small local park is 1/2 block away with great vistas, swimming and an easy kayak launch. Suttons Bay with its beaches, marinas, restaurants and unique shops is a 3 mile ride along the shore. Enjoy a quick bike ride into town to access the Leelanau trail. Visit nearby orchards, wineries, Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes/National Lakeshore.

Travel to local wineries, Leland's Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Bicycle storage available in lower level with owner approval. No pets please.

I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.

This cottage is tucked back into a private and wooded lot, yet gets plenty of sunshine and has an abundance of space for yard games, campfires, and parking.

Historic artists property dating back to the 70’s with the art gallery transformed into a year round living space for short stays. You will have the entire guest house with access to a common area that is shared with the Host’s studio and sits on a 5 acre property with the main house.
