As you make you way through the tropical gardens at the front and past the tranquil pool setting your private villa awaits. Offering alfresco dining and a bbq area to enjoy, you'll feel miles away from the world. Both bedrooms are fitted with QN size beds , televisions and ceiling fans. Your private courtyard is fully fenced, so your four legged friend can relax as well. On street parking is provided. Groceries can be arranged and delivered for your arrival if required. Courtesy bus available to local venues, surfclubs and RSL's etc. Two villas located on site - onsite manger. Onsite manager Palm Beach's location is great for the pet lovers as the property is between two off-leash pet-friendly beaches at Tallebudgera and Currumbin. It is just a 5 minute walk to the CBD with restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. On street parking. Bus route 1 block away, plus national and international airport only 15minutes away. The Pool House is the perfect place to relax, explore and enjoy everything that Tugun has to offer. Newly built, this structure is detached from the family home at the front of the property. A beautiful space that is affordable and stylish with a beautiful pool view. Room includes a Queen bed, basic kitchenette, wardrobe, ensuite and shared seating areas outside and an unheated magnesium pool. A 3 min drive to the beach/Tugun Village, 8 min drive to GC airport, 9 min walk to John Flynn Hospital.

Hillview Highland Cows-Nestled on a small ridge Hillview Dairy circa 1887 overlooks the stunning escarpment of Mt Tallebudgera, Currumbin Creek and the farming Valley landscape. Over a hundred years the Old Dairy Bales has sat as part of the fabric of a thriving Dairy Farm in the spectacular Gold Coast Hinterland. Surrounded by acres of National Parks, it transports you into another time, whilst still a stones throw from all the attractions and the luxuries of the Southern Gold Coast and Byron.

Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

This spacious 3 bedroom + sleep-out, 2 bathroom home sits on scenic Palm Beach canals with pool, private beach, jetty, fire-pit, and views of Burleigh Headland - all within walking distance to the beach. Main living & sleep-out have split-system A/C; 3 bedrooms have in-window A/C and ceiling fans.

Coffee shop and pub only 5 min drive. We are in the country side over looking Mt Warning. You will enjoy the sounds of the birds and a see a few wallibies if you like to be up early.
