The Timberjack

Although it's a rustic homage to the lumberjacks and jills of yesteryear, this cabin includes many of the comforts we now enjoy including a queen bed, kitchenette with fridge, hot water, AC/heat, a Keurig coffeemaker, smart TV and charcoal grill. This is a cabin-in-the-woods experience! The Seeley Oaks A-Frame is our slice of the peaceful Northwoods experience. It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. It's small - intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids. Lakeside cabin on pristine Diamond Lake in the heart of the Chequamegon National Forest area just outside of Cable, Wisconsin. The Birkebeiner cross country ski trail and scores of other mountain biking, hiking, and snowmobiling trails are close by plus other public recreation opportunities (hunting, snowshoeing, bird watching, etc) abound in the nearby National Forest lands. Several other lakes, including Lake Namekagon and Lake Owen, are nearby for your boating and fishing pleasure.

Gather with friends and family at this stunning 6 bedroom, 100 year old, log cabin located in the gorgeous Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, just 20 minutes outside of Hayward, WI. Each bedroom is outfitted with very comfortable beds and all cotton bedding with down duvets . Bedrooms also have their own ensuite (bathroom)! Our cabin is 4200 square foot and all on one level, with a deck and fire pit, wonderful for nighttime fires and gathering around the fire.
