The cottage includes wifi and a 55" smart tv. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The property is surrounded by large pine trees and lots of privacy. This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

Nice streets to walk or ride in the neighborhood, and downtown Nisswa and the Paul Bunyan Trail are a short 1 mile walk, bike ride or drive away. DOG FRIENDLY! Bring your boat to put on 6700 acre Lake Pokegama just down the street! Roast marshmallows on the back yard fire pit overlooking the lake while playing various supplied yard games. Screened in porch for buggy evenings! Updated kitchen with granite countertops! Your whole family will enjoy this cheerful place!

Lake Cabin

My lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit and gas grill.

Built in 2017, this comfortable and tranquil getaway includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a cedar-lined shower, electric in-floor heat, a wood stove, warm pine siding throughout, and a spacious sleeping loft. A covered porch, fire pit and fully-stocked woodshed are right outside the door. Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.

Peaceful Little Pine River Retreat | Screen Porch

Great Up North cabin in a serene and peaceful setting nestled among the trees along Little Pine River. Some have said they feel as though they’re in a treehouse. Two kayaks and a few tubes are available for guests to use, or sit in a chair in the river and cool off. Enjoy the views and sounds of the river and wildlife while sitting by the fire pit, on the cozy deck or in one of the 2 screened in porches. If you feel like being more social, Crosslake is only about a 5 mile drive.
