Le Grand Bois

Le Grand Bois is a charming 18th century farmhouse renovated with taste and opening onto a large garden. It's a family house located in a hamlet 500 m from the Villecartier forest and 3km from Bazouges la Pérouse, a small village full of character. Old but resolutely modern by its comfort and its decoration, it is an ideal place for a family vacation or a friends getaway. The tranquility of the place will suit both people wishing to rest or being active seeking to discover the beautiful region.

Profitez en famille ou aux ouvriers de ce fabuleux logement qui offre de bons moments en perspective. Spacieux, claire, et indépendant vous y serez comme chez vous. Trois chambres vous sont proposées: une avec un lit 160/200cm, une avec un lit de 140/190cm, et une chambre d’enfant un lit de 90cm plus une table à langer et un lit parapluie. 2 SDB. Un espace cuisine équipée (lave vaisselle et machine à laver le linge). Espace de dehors clos et bien fermé, parking gratuit. Chien et chat accepté.

Dans un écrin de verdure & de calme d'un magnifique château du XVe siècle située à l'entrée de notre belle cité médiévale Dinan, vous séjournerez dans un appartement loft de 54m2 au rdc du batiment principal. Vous découvrirez sa magnifique cheminée monumentale et vous tomberez sous le charme de cet édifice authentique, chargé d'histoire avec tout le confort moderne au coeur d'un beau parc de 3 hectares avec son étang à seulement 15 min à pieds du centre historique ou 3 min en bus gratuit.

Dans la continuité de notre habitation, un "gîte" de 80 m2 sur deux niveaux à la campagne. Au rdc cuisine éguipée, sdb, poêle à bois, coin salon. A l'étage, une grande chambre avec poutres et hauteur sous plafond. Piscine, en général accessible de juin à fin septembre. Nous mettons à disposition barbecue et tables. Proche des bords de Rance, à 10 kms de Dinan et 20 kms de St Malo. Commerces à proximité. Un havre de paix arboré sur deux hectares et un étang. Massages bien-être en sup.

"Le Nid qui Nourrit" Au coeur de la cité du vélo-rail, ce gîte est idéal pour un couple, mais peut convenir à 3 ou 4 pers. Ce tarif inclut une parure de lit double. Comptez 10€ pour une autre parure. A l'étage, une grande chambre avec un lit double, un lit simple, une salle d'eau et WC. Cafetière senseo. Accès à un grand jardin arboré. Stationnement direct. À proximité : Dinan, Dinard, Brocéliande. Le ménage n'est pas compris. Le cas échéant, nous facturons 40€.

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

Countryside Barnhouse in Brittany

Welcome to our quaint countryside barnhouse! Completely restored and refurbished in 2022, the barn is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in beautiful Brittany. The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.

Gite "Four à pain"

Pour un séjour dans un cadre verdoyant et très calme. Cuisine équipée, joli coin de jardin donnant sur un petit étang. Barbecue pour l'été et cheminée pour l'hiver (bois fourni). Idéalement situé pour de nombreux circuits touristiques (Le Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Dinan, Cancale, Dinard …). Pour les plus jeunes , ils pourront profiter à proximité de la base de loisirs de la foret de Villecartier (accrobranches, balade en mini bateaux …).

Romantic storytelling house

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
