Parking is in front of the house garage though not always guaranteed. Alternate parking on the main road before you get into the Close, which is a safe and quiet area. Light breakfast of cereal/toast included. We have a cat, so please check when booking if you are allergic or intolerant to cats.

It has 8 newly refurbished ensuite bedrooms and is lucky to have 12 on site parking areas which is rare in Brixham. It also has a large garden with seating for over 24 and a BBQ area which can be used by guest for a small charge,Large lounge dinning room and a small 5/7 seater snug can also be used by guest ,in the basement is a bar/ games room.

My cottage is set in a quiet road within a pretty village surrounded by countryside yet only 5 minutes drive to the main Devon Expressway with links to Torquay (4 miles) Newton Abbot (2 miles) Totnes (9 miles) and Exeter (16 miles). I am offering a sunny double room with views to the open countryside. and a large light shared bathroom with shower bath which is cleaned daily. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and within the lounge are two single beds. Both rooms have TVs. This room can accommodate dogs at an additional charge. The hotel offers free parking and breakfast at an additional charge.
