Penguin Waterfront Escape

Award winning luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments with ocean views. Situated in Penguin Tasmania a coastal town right in the heart of the north-west coast with easy access to Burnie Devonport Ulverstone and approx. 1 hour from Cradle Mountain. We are only 15mins from Burnie where from Oct-Mar daily Penguin Tours are availabe. This is a free interactive tour with a guide and you get to observe Penguins in their natural habitat. Strawberry Farm and Anvers Chocolate Factory (yum) are close by.

Our house is set up for families. It is a short walk across the road to the beach. Our home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Berry Patch offers great local cuisine and is a short walk. A great bicycle track to Ulverstone and Devonport. There is a water slide in Ulverstone. 15 minutes from the Spirit docking, 1.30 hours to Cradle Mountain. 50 minutes to Lake Barrington National Rowing Course. 1.15 hours to Launceston. 25 minutes from the Devonport Airport. 2 hours to the West Coast.

The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand). Note we have two newer cabins of same design listed under "Tam O Shanter Bayside Cabins (3)"
