The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Spend a holiday in the heart of the Tuscan countryside in this cozy stone house with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings in solid oak, furnished with paintings of author , equipped with all comforts. Enjoy yourself by swimming in the large infinity pool (18m X 9m, open from May 1st to October 15th for guests of Stone house use only) or relax in an armchair under the loggia, tasting a glass of Chianti wine in front of the rolling hills of vineyards, olive groves, woods and medieval villages.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

La Villa di 80mq è composta da una grande camera matrimoniale di 21 mq vista mare, un living di 21 mq con divano letto vista mare; un bel bagno con doccia e servizi e una cucina con soggiorno vista mare. All'esterno potrete godere di un vasto giardino, curato e panoramico nel quale troverete delle zone arredate nelle quali potrete godervi la vista mozzafiato. Dal giardino a piedi, si scende nella spiaggia più vicina, Is Canaleddus, la quale è attrezzata di pedana sul mare e ristorante.
