Free public parking is available about 150 metres from the house. You're invited to experience true Karst hospitality and the peace of nature.

During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. Traditional architecture with stone and wooden details creates an authentic atmosphere, while the nature that surrounds it offers an ideal escape from the busy life. The house was completely renovated by the owner's own hands, including handmade furniture. Wood-burning fireplace adds to the comfort and warmth of the space. Outside pool surrounded by greenery, offers complete intimacy.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Casa Luce is an isolated retreat with a private yard and pool. Unwind away from noise and prying eyes in the heart of Istria, surrounded by peace, nature, and greenery. Located in the village of Karnevali, the house is less than 10 minutes by car from closest town Žminj, and 30 minutes from the nearest beach. Wake up to the sound of roosters crowing, and during the day, you may see goats, cows, and donkeys greeting you from the other side of the fence.

Hiša se nahaja na podeželju, v mirnem in prijetnem okolju. Pred njo je prostorna terasa. Ima veliko predsobo, dve spalnici, dve kopalnici, jedilnico s kuhinjo ter manjšo sobo s TV, ki tudi lahko služi kot spalnica. V kuhinji je štedilnik, hladilnik z zmrzovalnikom in mikrovalovna pečica. Na voljo je brezplačna Wi-Fi povezava. V kopalnici je na voljo pralni stroj, pa tudi likalnik. Pred hišo je veliko dvorišče, z možnostjo brezplačnega parkiranja.

We have now brought it back to life and completely renovated it, making sure it offers all the comforts you would expect to find. Tourist farm RedFairytale is the name of our 3 lovely apartments, situated in the heart of nature with a relaxing view of our vineyard fields, olive groves, and surrounding Istrian houses, all designed in typical Istrian stone style.
