The beds have very comfy pillows and bedding. Bathroom comes with shower and various toiletries. Breakfast treats are also included for the first night. Use of barbecue and hot tub is included. There's a separate indoor heated bathroom and shower, plus an outdoor hot water shower and vintage bathtub built for two.
