Quaint, convenient neighborhood walking distance to UMF and downtown Farmington. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a short drive. Sugarloaf and Rangeley areas are 45 minutes. WIFI and smart TVs. (No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends.

On the River 2 is located in the heart of the historic downtown Kingfield on Main street with river views of the Carrabassett river. Miss Lucy Lu (Lucy) is the cat residents who lives in this special apartment. She is the host and will greet you. She loves people. She is an indoor kitty. There is a restaurant next door, the gallery is downstairs, swimming out the back of the building. Sugarloaf mountain close by. Mountains of possibilities to explore in the western area of Maine.

This beautiful private cottage is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventure! This apartment has a fantastic view over the mountains. Orchard Drive is a quiet residential area. The property has a walking trail through a field that leads to a private pond. We are minutes from Wilson Lake in Wilton and Kineowatha Park, a recreational center that offers swimming, walking trails, and tennis courts. We are close to restaurants and shopping in Wilton and Farmington and the UMF Campus, Titcomb Ski slope is just minutes over the hill from us.
