A very comfortable and clean home on 1 acre. Great kitchen and all the amenities for cooking plus BBQ. Master suite with shower, double sinks and large soak tub. High quality linens and towels Everything you need to a relaxing getaway PET FEE- we do allow you to bring a well mannered dog. Please clean up after them so we can continue to allow this. Please don’t try to sneak in your dogs, without telling us. We have new protocols in place to help keep everyone safe. We have enacted rigorous cleaning procedures to keep our renters safe and healthy.

CasparCottage. is a charming quiet nicely appointed cottage that we built on our 5 private acres 3 miles from the ocean and 10 minutes from Mendocino or Fort Bragg. Walk to the WATERFALL in the Russian Gulch State Park from the cottage. We are at the eastern edge of the park. We've been sharing our cottage with guests for many years and have many guests that return year after year. It's a perfect place for a honeymoon, anniversary, special occasion or quiet retreat. Private cozy guest unit nestled under towering Giant Redwood and Fir trees, the Sonoma coast is 20 minutes to the west and world class wineries and microbreweries start 5 minutes to the east. Enjoy the Redwood deck with dedicated guest area, bbq fireplace, and hot tub. The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.
