Relax on the screened porch or on the 400 sq ft treetop deck. Great fishing from deck by the water. Lose yourself in a book or in the wooded 3 acre property. Luxury linens and all of the comforts of home. Big river floats provided to enjoy a calm day on the water. Grill and charcoal provided. Guests truly only need to bring groceries and clothing!

Bring the whole family to enjoy this newly built, spacious 5 bed/4.5 bath lake house in a private gated community on Smith Lake. Enjoy outdoor dining, a cozy fire or a movie on the private back porch, swim or enjoy sunsets off of the two story dock, play air hockey, ping pong or pac man in the upstairs game room, grill out on your choice of a gas or pellet grill and after the day's done, rinse off in the outdoor shower. Lake towels are provided. Bring your own watercraft and life vests/floats.
