A large Edwardian B & B house, with far reaching views of the Dee Estuary, set in several acres of family owned land on the edge of the historic town of Holywell. We have lovingly converted the attached space to our home, Primrose Villa, to create Primrose Garden Studio, a self-contained space for guests. With two country pubs within walking distance, Chester zoo just 4 miles away and Chester city centre a ten minute drive we are ideally located for exploring this lovely part of Cheshire. Please see below for further information. We are 4 miles from Chester railway station with links to Manchester, Liverpool and North Wales.

We offer B&B at Dovecote Barn which is in the hamlet of Fitz, 6 miles NW of Shrewsbury. Fitz is a rural location, close to the River Severn but also only 10 mins drive to the medieval, market town of Shrewsbury. Birthplace of Charles Darwin, Shrewsbury has many independent cafes /shops and 600+ listed buildings. Great location if you are attending a wedding at Malt House Barn - 1.5 miles, Pimhill - 3 miles away or Rowton Castle, 7 miles away.

Shepherd Hut Nr Welshpool Cariad

Nestled on the side of an extinct volcano. Situated in a stunning location overlooking open natural mountain views. The hut has an extremely comfortable king sized bed with memory foam mattress, 15 tog king size duvet and pillows. The hut has heating and is very well insulated, with double glazed patio doors and windows. Our separate shared kitchen, toilet and shower room, is just a skip and hop from the hut. Free WI-FI on-site

Set within a quiet courtyard Ty Llwyd is part of the former Bala workhouse, dating from around 1836, a recently renovated 3 storey Victorian terrace. Bala is nestled in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park where you can find an abundance of truly stunning landscapes to explore from the doorstep. Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) is a short walk from the house, with all local amenities pubs, shops, cafes within 200 yards.
